1. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver within Morocco and internationally. Please note that delivery times and fees may vary depending on the order's destination.
2. Delivery Times
- Morocco : National orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- International : International orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, etc.) or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs delays, etc.).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The exact fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress via our partner carrier's website.
5. Customs Fees and Additional Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or other local taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order amount or shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for paying these fees once the order reaches their country. If a customer chooses to refuse delivery due to additional customs fees, return costs and other charges will also be the customer's responsibility.

7. Right to Refuse Delivery
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas deemed inaccessible or too remote by our logistics partners. If this is the case, we will contact you promptly to find a solution.
8. Modifications and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it. For any cancellation or modification request, please contact us as soon as possible at info@natfabrica.com.
