These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of cosmetic products offered on the natfabrica.com website by the company Nat Fabrica, located at Imm, Anouar, Av. Kennedy Talbourjt 80000 - Agadir - Morocco.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of cosmetic products offered by Nat Fabrica via its website https://natfabrica.com.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. The photographs and descriptions are not contractual but provided for reference only.

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Nat Fabrica reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

Any order placed on the site https://natfabrica.com implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Once the order is validated, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details.

5. Payment

Orders are paid online via secure means: credit card, PayPal. The amount due must be paid before products are shipped.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen. Nat Fabrica cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by a third party or the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unopened. Return costs are borne by the customer.

8. Warranty and Liability

Products are subject to legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects as provided by law. Nat Fabrica cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions on the packaging.

9. Data Protection

Information collected for product sales is necessary for order processing. This information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Under the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.

11. Modification of the GTC

Nat Fabrica reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new GTC will apply to any order placed after they are published on the https://natfabrica.com website.
